How to get a refund
- Email support@nuquelle.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply within 1 business day with your return instructions.
- Once your return is on its way (a tracking number is enough), we refund you to your original payment method.
Arrived damaged or not working?
Send us a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or refund you. No need to return it.
Warranty
Every Nuquelle pillow comes with a 1-year warranty against defects. If it stops working, we replace it.

- One refund per customer per product.
- Return shipping: if the product is faulty or damaged, it's on us. If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return postage.
