When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days to the United States and Canada.
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Ordering a gift? Please order by December 5 for delivery before Christmas.
Customs and duties
For orders to the United States and Canada, there are no extra fees to pay on delivery. Any import taxes are covered on our side.
Lost or late parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@nuquelle.com and we'll fix it with a replacement or a full refund.
