How does Nuquelle work?
Lie back and rest your neck on the curved support. Its 40° shape cradles your neck, a built-in airbag slowly lifts and lowers for a gentle stretch, and soothing heat and soft vibration help tight muscles relax. Most people use it for 15 minutes a day.
How long should I use it?
Start with 10–15 minutes once a day. Many people like it after work or before bed. It switches itself off after 15 minutes.
Does it get hot?
The heat is gentle, with 3 levels (low, medium, high) and automatic shut-off after 15 minutes. Start on low and work up.
Is the vibration strong?
No. It's a soft vibration with 3 intensities. You can also turn it off and use heat or the stretch on its own.
How do I power it?
It plugs in with the included USB cable. Use any USB phone charger or a power bank, so it works on the couch, in bed or in the car. There's no battery sitting under your neck.
Can I wash the cover?
Yes, the soft outer cover comes off. Hand-wash or gentle machine-wash it cold and let it air-dry. Never wash or soak the pillow itself.
